- Breakfast has always been tough for me. Not that hungry in the morning, and I get tired of drinking my breakfast.
- I found a nice low fat/ high protein option this past month with Stop and Shops
- Natures Promise Organic Andouille Chicken Sausage.
- Calories:120 per link
- Fat: 5 grams
- Carbs: 2 grams
- Protein: 16 grams
- They have many other flavors too, but I like this one the best because it has a little Portuguese kick to it.
- I choose to have it with a few egg whites in the morning. But this can be more than just a breakfast option. Could be great as a stir fry, or baked in the oven with potatoes and vegetables, or throw it on the grill in place of a hot dog.
