MIX IN A BOWL….
1 Cup of your favorite KIND brand Granola
1 Cup of Sliced Almonds
1 Cup of Raisins (or your favorite dried fruit)
After you mix all the above ingredients together. Place 3/4 of a cup into 4 plastic sandwich bags. You now have 4 healthy snacks for the week!

40 grams of Fiber enriched Carbohydrates
10 grams of Protein
